Press dies are systems that provide heat treatment before extruding. Since the homogenity of mold temperature is very important for isothermal extrusion, the importance and engineering quality of mold heating furnace is important. Due to the horizontal air flow, the temperature uniformity of ±4 C is achieved. It is produced as electric furnace and gas furnace.
Pneumatic (or hydraulic) driven doors allow the dies to be easily loaded from the top (or from the front). When heating in heated ovens with gas is provided by self-reclaimed gas burners with radiant tube; electric ovens are heated by tube resistors. These ovens can also work with automatic die loading and unloading systems.
